The 2nd Amendment was for killing Native Americans and slaves.
America is still a racist society.
Occupy Wall Street was creative and praiseworthy.
The Constitution is obsolete.
A&M will continue racial preferences in hiring and admissions.
Martin Luther King would be fighting global warming today.
These are the messages Texas A&M promoted for Martin Luther King Day 2013. Instead of honoring the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King and promoting true equality, A&M reaffirmed its commitment to the far-left agenda by hosting Danny Glover to speak on campus for the sixth annual Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Breakfast.
This is the third year in a row that they have hosted radical leftist speakers, from Angela Davis (a former black panther and once on the FBI's most wanted list) to Harry Belafonte, and now Danny Glover. It's quite evident that Texas A&M hasn't learned their lesson from the lawsuit.

Dear A&M Board of Regents, Texas Legislators, A&M administration, and fellow A&M supporters,
I am deeply disappointed that Texas A&M University spends millions of dollars each year in mandatory student fees, taxpayer dollars, and private donations to continually represent only left-wing views. A&M should have diversity of thought in its faculty, viewpoint neutral funding of speakers and events, and politically balanced course offerings. It is high time for A&M to stop pushing a political agenda.
I pledge to withhold all donations to Texas A&M University and the Texas A&M Foundation until things change for the better. It is time for true fairness and equality and for the university administration to returns its focus to providing a quality education to Texas's future workforce and leaders.

5th Annual Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Breakfast with Harry Belafonte:
In 2012, Texas A&M University hosted Harry Belafonte as the keynote speaker for their 5th Annual Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Breakfast. While some may know Belafonte only as a famous singer, songwriter, and actor, he has a long history as a vocal anti-American leftist activist. Belafonte was a strong supporter of East Germany and the Soviet Union during the Cold War, and more recently he has honored Fidel Castro and Hugo Chavez. "If you believe in freedom, if you believe in justice, if you believe in democracy, you have no choice but to support Fidel Castro!" said Belafonte.

4th Annual Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Breakfast with Angela Davis:
In 2011, in perhaps Texas A&M's most bold move yet, they hosted Angela Davis as the keynote speaker for their 4th Annual Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Breakfast. For those of who you don't know who Angela Davis is, here are a few biographical points:
