TAC A&M Tax Day Tea Party TAC joined with the rest of the country by hosting a Tax Day Tea Party on campus in Rudder Plaza on April 15, 2009. Hundreds of student came by to play “Brew the IRS”, read our large displays outlining Obama’s economic policies, take a factsheet, sign a letter to liberal Congressman Chet Edwards, and take some free sweet tea (thanks to Chicken Express at HIghway 6 and University!). Over 70 letters from Aggies were sent to Rep. Edwards urging him to stop supporting tax increases and taking away our freedom.
