Anti-War Counter Protest

On Wednesday evening, September 17, 2008, TAC members headed down to the intersection of University Drive and Texas Avenue to hold posters in support of the war on terrorism.  TAC caught word of an Aggie Democrat and Brazos Valley Coalition Against the War anti-war protest; therefore, TAC planned a counter protest so both sides would be represented.  Dozens of cars honked and waved at us as they passed through the intersection while the liberals were struggling to gain support.   The protest was a great way of emphasizing the conservative and patriotic values that Aggieland was founded on and still holds close today.
